Healthy Açaí Breakfast Bowl
I always make sure to eat breakfast, especially if I plan to work out. This açaí bowl is easy to make and loaded with good-for-you antioxidants and vitamins. Açaí is known to help boost energy levels, and its high levels of antioxidants are good for your hair and skin. Get the kids in on the fun and have them use tiny cookie cutters to make star-shaped banana toppings. You could also add bee pollen or chia seeds as a topping.
