Hey Kourt! My fav workout tip is to mix it up! I love jogging and was an athlete in high school but sometimes I lose motivation if I repeat the same routine too often. I’ve recently gotten into strength conditioning (Jillian Michael’s videos are great) pilates, yoga and krav maga (a really cool self defense tecnique) and have found that staying in shape can always be fun, and a learning experience! I recently tried training for a half marathon, but my knees will only allow me to srtive for a 5K as of now. Practice makes perfect! Hey kourt! I absolutely love you! Well i’m only 15 years old but that doesn’t mean i shouldn’t stay fit! I love to do running interval training on the treadmill. I also do many sumos, sumos are like really deep squats(like a sumo wrestler). For diet tips I eat a good breakfast and lunch is a meal replacement bar followed by a healthy supper! Meal replacement bars keep you full for hours and give you a lot of energy. I really hope you choose me, because i love you so much , you and your sisters are great inspirations to young girls like me everywhere!!
I have your Shape magazine cover on my fridge as a reminder to eat healthy! I need to lose my baby weight, my daughter Nevaeh was born on 9-12-10 and has had 2 open heart surgeries as well as a stomach surgery, my best diet tip is drinking a LOT of water, QuickTrim and sipping green tea with lemon! Hi Kourt ~ my fave diet tip(s) are so easy: drinking lots of water, replacing coffee with Rooibos Tea (you get them in South-Africa – very healthy), limiting refined carbs, so I’ll still have pasta but wholeweat, and also replace yellow cheese with white cheese (so much better for you). I allow one unhealthy snack per day, of I’m good for 6 days and then on a Sunday I’ll eat whatever I want. I freeze bananas because they’re so much sweeter (instead of chocolates), and also apples and peanut butter (yummm), as well as bananas and peanut bunner. These are my fab tips – I’ll be TOTALLY over the moon if I win a copy : ) !!! Love you guys xx
Hey Kourt! My two absolute rules to being thin (or at least trying to be) are jogging my neighborhood with my dog and eating nothing after eight at night. I live by these rules! I also get a lot of exercise by playing basketball fourteen hours a week and horseback riding. I love jogging on the treadmill and doing sessions of squats and lunges, too! The dieting tip that I work hard at to keep myself thin is that I try to fill myself with as many fruits and veggies as possible, and substitute them for fatty, processed snacks. Mangoes, berries, tomatoes and cucumbers are my favorites! Even though it is not good for a fifteen year old to necessarily “diet,” I think of myself as living a healthy lifestyle! Kourtney! I love this picture! I was an athlete in high school so I was always disciplined by a coach, when I graduated it was hard to stay motivated without anyone making me! Now I like to mix up my workouts.. I start out with the elliptical and mess with the resistance every so often for 45 minutes, then I get on the treadmill and run on different inclines for 15. I have relaized I burn more calories when I mix it up!

Here are some of my diet/exercise tips….
tip number one—- don’t go to the food store hungry, always eat before because if you go hungry you are more likely to buy food that you would not usually have.
tip number two—- always work out with a friend (try finding one on or around you fitness level) because then you can motivate each other
tip number 3 —– try to eliminate some carbs, don’t overload on them… carbs become sugar.. By cutting down on the amount of carbs I eat I have seen a difference ever since the first week.
tip number 4—– quick trim
Hiiii Kourt!!! My workout tip is to be determined! Because without determintaion, you’ll never start working out. And even if you do, you won’t stick to it, so it won’t have a very good effect. Find workouts that suit you and your schedule best. For example, I’m still young so I like going twice around our block with my dad everyday walking the dog!! It’s great for me, my dad, and our pup!! Plus, just working out won’t work if you keep eating junk food. Try to go healthy, and cut down on the carbs. I found an online calculator where you find out how many calories you’d have to eat every day to either lose or maintain your weight, based on how much you weigh, and what your height and age is. I’ve found that very helpful, and it’s my 2nd week trying it, and I definetly see results!!

I have many favorite workout tips but my top fav fab are…1) do a little something everyday. If you don’t have time to do a full blown workout, do a twenty minute yoga workout, or go walking for a half hour…little things do make a difference. 2) fuel your body and don’t completly cut out carbs. Have healthy carbs like a piece of whole grain toast or oatmeal before a workout. I personally have oatmeal EVERY single morning. And lastly, make sure you replenish after exercise by drinking water and having protein. Many people don’t want to eat after because they thinks its a waste, but eating protein will build the muscle you just worked so hard building. You can also throw in a quicktrim shake in (;
hey kourtney! just wanted to say I saw the picture of you running on tumblr and saved it as my b/g without realizing it was you! It served as motivation to keep running every morning! I do try and run 3 times a week, however my favorite workout is zumba class! Taking zumba allows me to sweat without even realizing i’m working out. It’s a fun alternative to just running and time goes by so fast! you just try it one day with your sisters

I don’t normally like doing the regular workout routine of just simply lifting weights.. it all just seems too boring for a fun person like me to do So instead I like to use the Wii, go to Zumba classes and take a run on the beach whenever I can get there! Mainly just using the Wii and Zumba are the main workouts I get to do
As a nutritionist, my favorite diet is the DASH diet. It is low in sodium and fat, but high in fiber (whole grains, fruits and veggies). Many Americans suffer from HTN due to poor dieting, especially in the south with “soul food”. Also, Fiber One anything is great because the amount of fiber per serving size is high. The amount of fiber needed for women is between 25-30 grams daily.
Just a small tip of physical activity. Tone muscles by doing weight bearing exercises and give cardiac exercises a go. As a former gymnast, I did a lot of exercises that focused on the muscles and endurance. Toning and building muscle mass can also improve the metabolism (muscle burns more calories than fat).

My tips are to drink a lot of water instead of coldrinks and juices. Eat a few small meals/snacks during the day instead of big meals. I replace some foods like i will eat crackers instead of bread and when i feel like chips i relpace that for dried fruits for example. When i cant make it to the gym i like to do exercises at home, i find the simplest things to do like starjumps, push-ups and sit-ups so that i get some exerscise done every day.
I like your fashion style, loveee your make up and hair. I get depressed sometimes because I feel so old and fat and out of style. What can I do to look like the Kardashian sisters? P.S. you should have a show “who wants a job with DASH?” I know I do. why? because I’m an unemployed student and with this recession its hard to find a good job specially if you’re like me and trying to get into radio broadcast.

Some dieting tips that I have are, drink at the very least 8 cups of water a day (it even helps your skin and detox your body), if you’re gonna eat chocolate cake eat it earlier in the day so that you have the day to burn the sugars and fats that are in it, load up on fruits and veggies, work out for at least 30 minutes a day (even if it is just walking), don’t worry about what the scale says it’s all about how comfortable you are with your body, and last but not least eat 3 main meals a day with 2 (healthy) snacks in between the 3 main meals so that your body is never hungry and it will also prevent you from overeating during the main meals.
P.S I love KUWTK!!!! Its seriously the only show I have ever watched religiously.
My best workout tip is to change up your workouts it makes it more fun than doing the same thing everyday for example one day you can run the next day you can shoot some hoops and the next day you can dance with your sisters and the next you can jump on a trampoline with baby mason:)

My favorite workout tip is to try incorporate my kids into workout to stay active together. Since I am a busy mom of three, we go for walks, bike riding or get some exercise in the playground. I have a lot of fun this way and so do my kids!
If you’re in a hurry and do not have time to eat, drink one glass of kefir… it`s healthy and keeps you full!

I try my best to go to the gym as much as I can. It is important that I exercise so that I stay healthy. Here are some diet tips that have given significant results to several people that I know. To burn unnecessary fat, you can drink a tall glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice everyday and it can help you lose pounds a week. This will only work at its best if you drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda and by avoiding foods that contain a lot of flour, sugar, and salt. Also, hula-hooping is a great activity you can do to help tone your core and even lose inches off your waist! I heard Beyonce does this too. If you want to add even more fun to a workout, try the video game Just Dance for the Nintendo Wii or Xbox Kinect and it will have you sweating in no time! Another thing you can do is add nuts, whole grains, extra protein, fruits & veggies to your daily diet to help you maintain a healthy weight and a lean body. Make sure you get enough of sleep, preferably 8 hours, since it’s said a restful sleep keeps your metabolism working, therefore burning calories while you sleep! Remember that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day since it boosts up your metabolism throughout your day. DON’T forget the QUICKTRIM!

I love zumba classes it i helping me so much even my underwear are wet after zumba class lol i also drink plenty of water andeat lots of friut and veggies have lost 30 pounds so far
