A little simple workout tip to do everyday is as your showering and washing your hair place your feet hip-width apart and stand on the balls of your feet. Lift your body upward by standing on your toes. Pause at the top for two seconds and lower yourself back down, never allowing your heels to touch the ground. Repeat this workout for the remainder of your shower and feel the burn! If your someone like Kourtney with a busy schedule it’s easy way to keep your legs looking fab!

My best exercise tip is to do something you love that gets you moving. I love to ride my bike (a real bike, not an exercise bike) early in the morning when the air is cool, crisp and refreshing. It’s a good way to wake up, especially for someone like me who’s not a morning person. I also like to do Zumba, which is an amazing workout. My favorite diet tip is to not get rid of your favorite foods. I still eat a lot of the things I love (a lot of it is junk food or loaded with carbs), but I only eat portion sizes. I’ve lost 20 pounds this year following these two little rules, so something’s gotta be working, right?
My favorite exercise is taking my mom’s Jazzercise class. She has been teaching it ever since I can remember and it’s so fun to take a class taught by my mom! It’s aerobics, but to great music and it’s a lot of fun. More like dancing than working out; you hardly know you are getting a workout until you are sore the next day! So much fun!
Where was Mason on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians episode? When he isn’t on the episodes it looks like you never spend time with him, and it’s not realistic since you are a mother and it isn’t even shown on the show. Having Mason on the show is no different than having all the pictures of him online and in magazines from paparazzi. Every time you are on the show, it’s like where is Mason? Is he always with a nanny? He is a Kardashian and will always be in the spotlight and doesn’t make sense that he isn’t on the show because you can tell you are a good mother and that the show is not realistically portraying your life.

My favorite diet tip is that your body is a temple and you should provide it with the best foods to be the healthiest you can be, so you can take care of your family. My favorite exercise tip is do what you love if you hate the treadmill, but like to run try jogging on a nature trail!!!
I love food.Its soo hard to check your diet all the time but i try and drink lots of water in a day and take low carb diet and treat myself once a week by having favourite food or drink.
I really like pilates.
I also try to prepare breakfast the night before. Otherwise, I am usually in too much of a hurry or not in the mood to make myself something
One of my exercise tips is to spend time on a cardio machine watching one of your favorite tv shows. Allow yourself to only watch the show when your working out on the machine, this way you’ll be encouraged to work out to watch it and will spend a good amount of time doing cardio. My diet tip is to eat a very light breakfast before you workout in the morning. When you eat before you workout your body burns the good carbs and protein it has in it, but when you eat on an empty or less full stomach, your body will burn fat. =]
I have a 6 month old and a busy work schedule, so my work out tip is taking him out on the stroller around my entire neighbohood (45- 1yr each day) and drinking lots of water through out the day. Of course a healthy low carb eating style..

Any exercise that you walk away from feeling refreshed and good about yourself is essential! ZUMBA is a great new exercise! I see 14 year old girls in there all the way up to 70 year old women! It is something for every generation that gets your body moving and works up a sweat. My personal favorite is running along the beach. Feeling the breeze off of the water and the waves crash on the sand while you run is a true zen moment.
My best workout tip is eat 3 meals a day and exercise 3 times a week. that is all. The most important thing (albeit, sounds corny) is to be happy with yourself and be proud of what you are doing. without happiness there is no health.
My favorite tip is: before lunch or dinner, even before the salad, take a small bowl of vegetable soup.
It´s great because of the vitamins and also help you to be satisfy eating less!

Mine is very simple. Drink plenty of water and run! You look fab by the by!
Swiming is a great workout its fun and that’s why you don’t even realize its a workout its a win win you get a good exercise and it cools you down on hot summer days plus you can make it even more fun with cute swim suits like the ones in your beach bunny collection:)

Hi kourtney, my favourite diet tip would be have a big meal and then not eat after 8pm. i feel this helps me not to snack as much, also helping me to loose a few pounds because im not constantly snacking on sugary/fatty things.

I try my best to go to the gym as much as I can. It is important that I exercise so that I stay healthy. Here are some diet tips that have given significant results to several people that I know. To burn unnecessary fat, you can drink a tall glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice everyday and it can help you lose pounds a week. This will only work at its best if you drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda and by avoiding foods that contain a lot of flour, sugar, and salt. Also, hula-hooping is a great activity you can do to help tone your core and even lose inches off your waist! I heard Beyonce does this too. If you want to add even more fun to a workout, try the video game Just Dance for the Nintendo Wii or Xbox Kinect and it will have you sweating in no time! Another thing you can do is add nuts, whole grains, extra protein, fruits & veggies to your daily diet to help you maintain a healthy weight and a lean body. Make sure you get enough of sleep, preferably 8 hours, since it’s said a restful sleep keeps your metabolism working, therefore burning calories while you sleep! Remember that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day since it boosts up your metabolism throughout your day. DON’T forget the QUICKTRIM!
