I love my sunless tan and over the years I’ve learned some secrets to obtaining the perfect bronze glow. Before I tan, I always exfoliate to make sure my skin is even and smooth. This allows for all my color to develop as evenly as possible! Next I use the Color Maximizer Spray, which helps boost my sunless results. Finally I’m ready for my spray tan! Once I’m done, I wait a few hours before showering to give the color time to fully absorb into my skin. I always use a gentle body wash to be sure I don’t wash my color down the drain. There you have it! My tips to the perfect Kardashian Sun Kissed color!
This week’s Fashion Flashback is the beautiful Naomi Campbell. Naomi took the 90’s fashion world by storm appearing on the covers of Elle, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vogue. She is known worldwide as one of six ‘International Supermodels’ along with Christy Turlington and Kate Moss! She still appears in spreads and fashion shows modeling for famous designers around the world today. See all my fave pictures of Naomi in the gallery above!
I always try to do my best with recycling and using greener alternatives in me and my family’s everyday life. I was so excited to find out that San Francisco passed a ban on single-use plastic water bottles. I reposted this photo from Shiva Rose, a proud mama and founder of The Local Rose, that shows a really surprising fact:
It takes 17 million barrels of oil a year to manufacture all the bottles we use in a year.
You can join The Unbottle Water Campaign and read up on all you need to know on what you can do to eliminate bottled water in your community by heading over to The Center for a New American Dream.
